Self Care for Sensitive Beings
Are you an HSP, empath, healer, intuitive, or generally sensitive person? Do you struggle with taking on other people’s emotions as if they were your own? Have recent global events led you to feel anxious or exhausted? Want to feel empowered by your gifts, and stop being so affected by everyone and everything?
Join me for a series of classes designed to help sensitive beings. Learn self care habits that will help you thrive, strengthen your intuition, set boundaries, protect, clear and transmute energy.
5/9 – Subtle Body Basics
5/16 – Protection + Boundaries
5/23 – Clearing + Transmuting
Each 75 minute class will begin with a Grounding Meditation and end with a high vibe, healing Light Meditation. There will be opportunities for Q+A during each session.
Classes will take place on Saturdays at 12pm PDT/3pm EDT (5/9, 5/16, 5/23) via Zoom. Your payment includes all three classes as well as a video recording of each class. Classes are offered on a sliding scale, select the amount that is most in alignment with you.
